Homemade strawberry ice cream using fresh cream and strawberries.

  • 350 grams fresh strawberries
  • 80 grams caster sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice
  • 100 mls double cream


  • Wash and peel off any remaining green leaves off the strawberries.
    Purée the strawberries until smooth, add all of the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the freezer bowl with the paddle running. Allow the mixture to churn until desired consistency is achieved.
