This is an upcycle cashmere cardigan by Max Mara. Although the label is medium is probably small medium as it’s shrunk a bit due to felting. It is dressed in size UK size 12 model but it’s tight fitting. I would fit a UK size 10. As it’s made from 100% cashmere, it is a great product for use in the cold winter months. This cardigan has been worn and used before something to keep in mind when purchasing this item.

This upcycle cashmere cardigan is made with lots of care and time using all-natural dyes and naturally occurring minerals. The leaves are foraged and then printed locally. Each piece is produced with a lot of love and can take up to 3 days from the start to finish. Scouring, mordanting, and preparing the dyes out of dried powdered/ chipped barks. Dyeing and printing after which is it washed and ironed.

There are imperfections due to the nature of the printing process as it uses naturally occurring materials. All our products are made using the best quality fabrics, natural dyes and natural leaves. Creases, smudges, and dots are all part of the expected results of the natural/eco-printing process.
