Like most Asian dishes this salad is great to serve with rice. It is simple to make and it makes use of supermarket-bought ingredients. The chillies in this recipe can be omitted if it’s too hot for some.
This recipe is made from chicken breasts or thighs. It is poached in water with some ginger. The poached water can then be used as a broth or soup for another recipe.
