This is a 100% silk velvet printed double sided scarf that is all naturally dyed and printed. It is also double sided with 100% silk georgette. The leaves are foraged and printed locally. Each piece is produced with a lot of love and can take up to 3 days from start to finish. Scouring, mordanting and preparing the dyes out of dried / chipped barks. Dyeing and printing after which it is washed and ironed.

All of my products are made using the best quality sourced fabrics and natural dyes as much as possible.  As it is naturally printed and dyed creases, smudges and dots are all part of the expected results of the natural printed and dyed process. As silk velvet behaves differently from other types of silk I have sewn a all naturally printed habotai/ georgette to make it more pleasing and comfortable to wear and use.
